Severe convective hazards (tornadoes, large hail, wind, and excessive rainfall) pose a significant threat to life and property each year in the United States and across the globe. Our group studies severe convective storms and their associated environmental conditions, with a particular focus on predictability at subseasonal-to-seasonal time scales (2 weeks to 3+ months).
